The research includes Badminton Players of Chandigarh University by use of simple random sampling. Only male subjects were included in my study those who were eligible according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. SEMO agility test was used to quantify agility and the Vertical jump test was used to quantify the strength of the lower limb at a baseline value,6 weeks of plyometric and circuit training was provided to Group A and Group B, and further readings were obtained at the end of 6th week.
